Well, Texas Judge is right. The Mandate is unconstitutional, but didn’t they argue at the Supreme Court that it wasn’t a mandate, but a tax?

Since healthcare was the surprise key issue strongly favoring Democrats in the midterm elections, this will ensure that it remains the front and center issue for the next election cycle.

The Republicans held both the house and Senate for 8 years because of Obamacare. People want healthcare reform but theres no doubt Obamacare was a disaster and it's not shock given what happened to insurance costs for middle class families.
Middle class struggles to pay for their insurance, the do nothings get free dirt cheap insurance.
