There is only one way to find out whether they are deserving or not. I know it won't happen, but I'd enjoy seeing them in it, if for nothing else, to end the debate.

And OSU out of conference record was better???

So this whole Out of Conference SOS is hogwash...they're undefeated give them a chance...

UCF is going to have to do what Bobby Bowden and Florida State did in the 80’s. Schedule away games with powerhouses and compete or beat them. It will eventually lead to home and home and balance the odds.

It takes two schools to schedule these games. It's not like UCF can just tell Alabama they're playing in Dallas next year.

Yep and no one seems to think about this. Not many teams want to schedule UCF, it's to much of a gamble for bigger schools. Also it takes 4 to 5 years in advance to schedule these games.

being undefeated by itself isn't really that impressive a feat in college football. There are over a hundred teams in division 1.
UCF went undefeated and didn't beat a single team that is currently ranked

OU vs Georgia in Sugar
Ohio St vs Washington Rose
Michigan vs LSU Fiesta
Maybe Texas vs Florida for Peach (I don't know Peach's rules for selection though.)

G5 needs to break off and stop playing P5 for both sides sakes.
