Aug. 31 GEORGIA SOUTHERN - W
Sept. 7 at Texas - will be crazy atmosphere, but I say W
Sept. 14 NORTHWESTERN STATE - W
Sept. 21 at Vanderbilt - W
Sept. 28 Open Date
Oct. 5 UTAH STATE - W
Oct. 12 FLORIDA - payback game at home, W
Oct. 19 at Mississippi State - most likely W
Oct. 26 AUBURN - like our chances at home, W
Nov. 2 Open Date
Nov. 9 at Alabama - Tua, L
Nov. 16 at Ole Miss - W
Nov. 23 ARKANSAS - W
Nov. 30 TEXAS A&M - payback game at home, W

With the talent coming in and huge improvements to the OL, along with Burrow's 2nd year, loads of talent at WR, HUGE upgrades at RB, and many defensive starters coming back, we will be an improved team whether you believe it or not. We need to fill the rest of 2019 class with some mean DL.

A&M game was garbage that resulted from luck and questionable calls. I'd rather our first loss to them be in 7 OTs with a load of luck on the road than a straight up loss.

Cheer up baws, frick dem.

I agree. Only loss to Bama. Good shot to make playoffs.

Everyone together now!

“Next year U, next year U”

For the record, I agree we have a very favorable schedule next year. But we’ve been hearing this same thing for years. I won’t ever believe it until we actually do it

I see one loss. The team will start in the top ten and go into the bama game undefeated.

Completely agree.

If we end this year with a NY6 bowl game, it will really launch us into next year and will take the sting out of the bullshite this past weekend.

Who is the OC going to be?

Losing White and Greedy on defense will sting.

Texas I'm iffy on since they are starting to find a rythm and it's there.

I'll go with 9-3 if loss to Texas 10-2 with win.

fwiw, a lot of us circled 2019 as a year to make some noise.

we'll see. hope it doesn't end up like 2016.

We don't have 2006-2014 talent, so we can't line up and beat everyone straight up. If the offense doesn't become more imaginary/dynamic, we will not win more than 9 games a year. End of story

Kardell Thomas has the strength of 2 juniors.

Hope everyone likes pancakes.

Also I am a firm believer that losing Chaisson game one changed our season. He is a massive talent.

I remember a time when we didn't need a paper thin schedule to win 11-12 games. God Dammit.

2010 : 11-2
2011 : 13-1
2012 : 10-3
2013 : 10-3
2014 : 8-5
2015 : 9-3 (Would have been 10-3 with mcneese)
2016 : 8-4 (South Alabama not played)
2017 : 9-4
2018 : 9-3 ( Maybe 10 wins)

LSU has had exactly two 11+ win seasons in the past 8 years and hasn't had one since 2011.

Do you see a pattern here?

We lost to Jimbo and Mullen in their first year, without having their own recruiting class, and you think they are going to get worse.

Yeah.. heard this one before. Remember 37-7? Don’t be predicting wins on the road in the SEC. Starkville is tough.
