Do you have any idea of the circumference of your wrist? It might sound silly, but if you have a smaller wrist you don't want to go and buy a watch that is huge and is going to look ridiculous on your wrist.

I would recommend Hamilton in your price range.

This is a pretty awesome watch in your price range. I used to own one very similar to it, until I gave it to my dad:

Then go for it, Coach. Enjoy it.

No, but usually watch faces look at small on my wrist.

Indefinitely plan on trying them on before I buy.

Way better options than Tag for the same money. Ask people on here that have owned Tags and they will probably agree. I have read about reliability issues and they don't hold their value very well like other brands.

I own a few Citizens but more Seikos. Citizen's solar watches are definitely better than Seiko's but I think Seiko has better overall movements. Two of the Seikos in my collection are nearly 40 years old and will probably outlast me...

But if you do go with Tag I vote you get this beauty for a mere $2K

As for the tag - point made by stout - to me it’s a bang for the buck issue ... and from that stand point I’m sold on the citizens ..

I didn’t realize Tag was so disliked.

Pay attention to the thickness and case diameter. You're not gonna be wearing a G-shock Mudman underneath a dress shirt.

I'm not a thug, so the absolute biggest non-work watch diameter I'd rock would be 44mm, and I have large wrists and hands. I like a smaller 36-38mm for a dress watch, and 40-41mm for a casual watch

May be a bit more than you want to spend but I dig this Tissot

You can get it with a bracelet but I think it looks better on a strap

Nics Pogue, man

OP, in that price range tons of options

Post a few more pics of what you like.

Check out Jack Mason, newish brand out of Dallas. They have some quality quartz watches in a lot of cool styles. I like the racing chrono.

I’m partial to my speedmaster tho
