That would be shrimp on the barbie.
BBQ Shrimp is actually not grilled. It is broiled in a seasoned butter sauce. You can argue about with heads on or off...

Cajun and BBQ shrimp aren’t compatible.

Equal parts worsteshire and Abita amber beer, shells of the shrimp, rosemary and oranges sliced in half. Put all ingredients on med-high heat for 45 mins to an hour.
Once your base is made, get a skillet scortching hot, cook shrimp on each side for about 30 seconds. Remove shrimp, add base and lots of butter. Bring to a simmer, add shrimp back in for about a minute or two per side. Plate and eat
ETA: this is for Nola style bbq shrimp

Place shrimp single layer in 9x13 pan. Leave in shells with or without heads. Sprinkle each shrimp with red pepper next McCormick dry BBQ season and then black pepper. Melt 2 sticks butter and pour over shrimp. Bake 350 degrees for 15min and put up under broiler for 5 min. Do no turn shrimp. Serve with warm French bread to dip in butter.
