Understand Coach O is going to practices using a Golf Cart because he has not been well. Hoping if he can't run out of the tunnel with the team that they will decorate the Golf Cart in purple/gold and let him ride it out of the tunnel with the team !

My Dr suggested taking Magnesium Malate. I take two pills @ day and my muscles cramps are gone ! I have suffered with muscle cramps for years and no longer have a problem.

Place shrimp single layer in 9x13 pan. Leave in shells with or without heads. Sprinkle each shrimp with red pepper next McCormick dry BBQ season and then black pepper. Melt 2 sticks butter and pour over shrimp. Bake 350 degrees for 15min and put up under broiler for 5 min. Do no turn shrimp. Serve with warm French bread to dip in butter.

Place a bowl of dry coffee grinds in car. Truckers use this to get rid of seafood odors.

Try placing a bowl of fresh coffee grinds inside truck. I have heard that truck drivers swear by this to rid their trucks of smells from hauling things like seafood.
