My Dr suggested taking Magnesium Malate. I take two pills @ day and my muscles cramps are gone ! I have suffered with muscle cramps for years and no longer have a problem....

Place shrimp single layer in 9x13 pan. Leave in shells with or without heads. Sprinkle each shrimp with red pepper next McCormick dry BBQ season and then black pepper. Melt 2 sticks butter and pour over shrimp. Bake 350 degrees for 15min and put up under broiler for 5 min. Do no turn shrimp. Serve ...

Try placing a bowl of fresh coffee grinds inside truck. I have heard that truck drivers swear by this to rid their trucks of smells from hauling things like seafood....
