Is there a more useless individual in Washington than Paul Ryan?

It seems to me, if the Republicans lose the House, it falls squarely on his shoulders. Guy has "lead" a Republican majority of the House, with a majority in all branches of government, for two years and, outside of a somewhat paltry tax cut, has essentially accomplished ZILCH.
How awful is he?

The leader is usually a moderate and not conservative. Newt was the exception when the “contract with America” crowd was elected to the House.

I would tend to agree with you if I didn’t think that all congressmen and women are useless at this point. They’ve handed over virtually all authority to the executive branch in the name of bureaucracy.
