They aren’t real workers though.
This is almost anvolunteering position.

Not saying they are but the president has more responsibility than pretty much anyone else on earth while there are urologists who get paid around the same amount to make it stop burning when people piss. My point was that $400,000 is a pretty big steal considering the magnitude of the job but it's worth it because there are a ton of other ways that they benefit from it, just like cheerleaders.
Getting paid $150 a game isn't bad when they get probably $100,000 worth of free trips in year and all kinds of other bonuses like free food and exposure to athletes and guys who will pay for all of their shite anyway

So you as a Trump voter are advocating for a "Living Wage" for someone that works 3-5 hours a week for 8 weeks out of the year. 
They have choices. If they don't like the pay then don't take the job. College Cheerleaders get paid nothing.

What do they do exactly? Nobody gives a shite about the cheerleaders at NFL games. I don’t even know why they have them.

Many NFL teams don't have them. Bears, Lions, Packers, Giants, Steelers and Browns. I'd bet that list gets longer after this year.

They do it because they enjoy cheering and dancing. It isn't their primary job. I am sure there are a few perks that come with the job as well, but they are not doing it for the extra $800 a year.
No one buys tickets just to watch the cheerleaders, no one buys merchandise because of the cheerleaders and billion dollar contracts by TV networks are not agreed to because of the cheerleaders.. So what they make is probably based on their value to the organization.

It’s all about Economics 101. The line is long and full of beautiful women wanting to do this, so the pay is very little. The are lucky to be paid at all as there are many that would do it for free. It’s not a real job, it’s a part time thing not much differently than those who do competitive sports for fun. They should all have real jobs to get their “living wage”.

Have you ever done anything artistic, collaboratively? Like work on a community theatre production or sing in a choir? I have for years and have never gotten paid, but I’ve made lifelong friends, met my wife, and learned the joy of seeing hard work pay off by having a crowd of people applaud and appreciate my work.
There’s really nothing like that kind of experience and that’s probably why they do it, not for the money. They’d probably do it for free if they had to.

Really ? A chosen hobby for a group of high school dancers & cheerleaders that can’t move on orrrrr just enjoy the whole scene. They would do it for “0” just to make the team.
