Kinda harsh IMO
Dude may have been a POS but he didn’t start the situation, even if he escalated it / has a temper problem is sounds like the shooter has a temper problem & other issues if he threatens to kill people for parking in handicap spots

GUy seemed to freeze when he saw the gun. If he advances again then yeah by all means unload on him but this seems like an unnecessary shoot

He didn’t violate the law but I agree he’s a huge pussy for shooting that dude.
Exactly. His pride was hurt, so he killed the guy.

I can see why the guy shot him. Legally speaking, he is in the clear. No problem there.
But if you get into an argument with someone, you get pushed and the first thing you do is pull your gun and shoot. You're a big pussy.

So if I walked up to your wife and said straight to her face that she was a massive cum guzzling whore who makes her money on her back, you would just sit there and allow me to say that?
I would give you a big fat frick you and keep it moving. Now if you put your hands on her, then that is another thing. I protect my wife and her integrity. But I know when to stand up and when to walk away. I can walk away from verbal stuff just fine. If you get physical then all bets are off, police will have to come arrest me. Don't touch my wife.

This isnt hard. Let your pride go and youll be a happier person. Continue to walk around with a chip on your shoulder and fire in your belly and someone, one day, is going to check your arse into oblivion.
Tell this to the shooter. If he would’ve just minded his damn buisiness. None of this would had happened. Don’t start shite and cry wolf when the shite escalates.

You're just basically shitting all over the right to self defense and frick you for that.
I'm not stating that at all. I believe in the right for self defense, but your assuming most people have the intellect to make the necessary decision on when is the appropriate time to use their weapon. Think about how dumb the average person is, and half the people in this world are dumber than that, do you want all these people with guns on their person? You can not tell me that if someone pushes you down and backs away, that you have the right to take that persons life. If you truly believe that, than you are probably in the bottom half of the former statement.

This is exactly my point. Force should be met with equal force, otherwise you are the one escalating the situation. And if you can't handle yourself, than swallow your pride and go home. Too many people nowadays just want to pull a gun because they have a right to carry it, and that thought process will not advance society in anyway. We bash "culture" on here because they shoot one another when situations escalate, but they only thing that separates them and this guy is a license that some retired security guard approved them for without proper mental screening.

He may not get charged, but there was no need for him to shoot that guy.
But, the victim had no reason to shove him to the ground.
He got shot in front of his son but he also acted like an arse in front of his son.

Just realized that the shooter was white and the dead man was black. Surprised that I have heard no cries of racism against the shooter or the Sheriff's Dept.

Remember, you heard it here first.

Looks like the right thing was done. Maybe this will stop some more of these pos from physically attacking people in the future.

However, if someone's reaction to simply getting pushed with no imminent threat of further physical violence, is to pull a gun out and shoot and kill someone, they are a gigantic fricking pussy.
but an alive one.. which is all that matters imo

Maybe if the woman driver hadn’t chosen to park illegally in a handicap space then he wouldn’t have had to say something. I loathe these entitled fricks who buy a fake handicap tag and/or just use the spaces anyway and think they are smarter than everyone else to save 30 feet of walking. I said something to a woman one time parked in a handicap space at the post office on Bennington. Not even rude, I was walking in when she came strolling out and started to get in her car and I just said “you know that’s a handicap spot?” She got in her car and hollered at me to come over. I walked to where I could see inside the car and she had a pistol in her hand. She then threw it in reverse and took off. Was pretty surreal that her reaction to my comment was to grab a gun.

Shooter is a pussy.
We aren't supposed to be living in the Wild West.
This shite is why I just keep my head down and ignore people. You never know who is carrying these days and how unstable they are.

I think this is exactly what concealed weapons are for to begin with. If you choose to get physical with someone, there’s always a chance that something like this could happen. That’s the risk you take.
How can you make that assessment without hearing any audio? The shooter may have been making threatening statements, and the man shoved him away from the car to defend the woman. Once the gun was drawn he turns to walk away. Why shoot?

If a few people have to get shot to make people think twice about being assholes all the time then I'm all for it. We need a return to civility in our land.

You're not supposed to pull your weapon, unless you're going to use it.
Yes, true you should only draw your weapon if you have cause to use it, but things can change between when you start to draw your weapon and when it's time to pull the trigger.
If the threat goes away when they see you start to draw your weapon, there's no need to use it. Drawing your weapon doesn't obligate you to use.
The real rule is don't draw your weapon unless you have cause and are fully prepared to use it.
