Which Baton Rouge Wal-Mart provides the absolute worst customer experience?

Factor in these 3 things:
1. Employees
2. Customers
3. Cleanliness
My vote. Wal-Mart on O'Neal Lane. I went there today and the place looked like a war zone in the parking lot and it didn't get any better inside.
One male employee, who worked in the returns department, was hiding out in the bathroom talking on the phone. How do I know? Because I saw him initially when I was waiting in line and 20 minutes later, he was still gone. After my transaction was completed, I went to use the bathroom. And there he was. Talking on the phone. On speaker phone.
The customers weren't any better. A lady behind behind me was on the phone the whole time, cursing -- and yes, she was on speaker phone.
A lady in front of me, well she returned a Poulan chainsaw. Why? Because it was "leaking gas" she claimed. Never mind the fact that she used the item - it was leaking. Okay.
I'm not a huge fan of Target, mostly because of the senior executive team and the positions they have taken politically in the past (should have kept their mouths shut), but all of their stores, for the most part, are clean, employees are friendlier and more helpful and the customer base is better than Wal-Mart. And they're about the same price as Wal-Mart.
None of this replaces the online experience. It's no wonder why Amazon does so well. Why fight any of this shite when you can have it delivered to your home in 2 days, return it if you don't like for free and get your money back immediately before the returned item is even received back by Amazon? Makes for a much better and more pleasant experience.

Sorry for the inconvenience, man....they were gonna make me clean up that nasty assed parking lot and I suddenly gurgled up a powerful case of diarrhea.
I'll make it up to you next time you are in by letting you return some crap that you didn't even buy here....oh, wait.

The one on College is unlike any other Wal Mark I’ve seen.
It’s like visiting a 3rd world country.

You're in BR going to Wal-Mart, deal with it.

Oneal gets my vote , although I have never been to the Cortana location

The Walmarts that aren’t in ghetto cities aren’t bad.

Cortana Mall is the worst I've been in. I rarely go to Walmart anymore outside of the little neighborhood markets. I'll just pay a little more and go to Target on Millerville.

Trick question. The correct answer is there is no customer service at Walmart.

Why would any sane middle class person go to Walmart? There are plenty of other department and grocery stores that don’t look like section 8 neighborhoods when you go inside

O’Neal Wal-Marta has more shite go down than Cortana. It’s horrendous. Cortana and College both look like they belong in third world countries though.
Burbank is brand new, but it has armed guards at the doors the theft is so bad. I’ve never seen that before.

Can anyone explain to me why a certain group of people are always talking on speaker phone? Driving in traffic? Phone held underneath their chin talking on speaker. Sitting at a bar? Speakerphone. Maybe even facetime. Sitting in a stall in a public restroom? "Aye man what it is?" coming through the speaker.
I had one of these speakerphone users stay at my place for a couple weeks back in college and we would be talking and hanging out and all of a sudden youd hear some random shite come from his cell phone sitting on the table. He would have this girl on the phone for like 6 hours of the day and just leave it on speaker and I'd forget all about it and suddenly every now and then theyd stop and start talking to each other again out of nowhere. Boost mobile must have been running an unlimited special

Haha. Subtle you're a poor and have to shop at Walmart brag...

The Walmart in Ruston was organized, and easy to shop until the last remodel, when they moved more inventory into every section of the store. The old layout had five or six aisles where you could go from the front to the back of the store. Now there are three rows like that. You have to go through a maze to get around in there now. It's just like the Walmart in West Monroe, Shreveport, Lafayette. None of them are very well organized.

Don't go to Wal-Mart. There are many better options in Baton Rouge at which to do your shopping.
