Got a question.... I admit, we eat an ignorant Amount of salsa in my house.... and given that, why don’t you ask the place that sells your favorite salsa to get u some ”to go” weekly..... or sell u some repeatedly? This has always been a mindbogling question for me w people that won’t make their own salsa ... all the store made stuff is full of preservatives and isn’t fresh.

I wish I could give you several upvotes.

Mateo’s is my #1

Kirkland Organic is the one we buy regularly.

I’ve done this a few times for parties. We don’t eat enough salsa from week to week otherwise. But yes, it’s much better.

2. Neighborhood Walmart fresh salsa near the deli.

Hop on this if you LA people see it. Brookshire's likely. In the cold section by the butter or close.

It’s crazy how inferior store bought salsa is to the fresh stuff they serve at a good (or even mediocre) Mexican restaurant

If you like hot, try Ms. Renfro's Ghost Pepper. Probably the hottest store bought salsa I've ever had. I was shitting fire the next day after eating it.

If I'm going store bought though, I prefer Mateo's. I usually just make a batch of my own each sunday. Especially now that the maters and peppers are producing well in the garden.
