263.9 this morning. I'm in the middle of a"whoosh". My weight didn't budge for 3 or 4 weeks and now I've gone from 270 to 264 in two weeks .

1 very large chicken thigh
Dinner:
3 eggs
6oz Jimmy Dean regular sausage
~2775 calories
Carbs: 11g_______1%

Lots of meal prep done last night as well for the rest of the week.

I haven't been in this thread in forever, but that is a damn no carb diet if i've ever seen one.
I realized this week that I don't want to live in a world without grapes and bananas, so I will be cycling a bit more.
Breakfast today I had 3 eggs with salsa
Lunch I will be eating some cabbage with onion and sausage that i made last night and will probably eat some more for dinner.
Weightwise I'm around 190, probably want to get to 180 eventually but i'm in no rush with winter here

Junky, gonna be joining you after the first. Gonna do 60 days of steak and eggs. 16oz steak and 6 eggs daily plus intraworkout protein on days I lift.
No cheating, nothing. Starting the 6th running for 69 days straight.
Prolly have to add a salad every 4th day for digestion though.

It's been a while since I have had to come to confession here, but I haven't had my best week. Did too much eating out, a little too relaxed with counting, and allowed a beer or two per week to become 4-5. Feel bloated as hell, and the scale shows it.
After the holidays I plan on doing either whole30 or AIP again. Every January the gym does a whole30 challenge and last year my wife and I started whole30 before them. Last year I was shocked at how many of these fit people couldn't hang for a month with whole30.

Is the 16 oz cooked weight? Has to be right?
I was thinking about doing the same thing after Christmas. I've found it's just easier for me to use the KISS principle when cutting. For me, when cutting I find trying to fit in substitutes OR using IIFYM makes me crave the good shite too much. When there are less options I tell myself I can eat this and that and get the frick over it.

Good luck. Is the salad to keep the diarrhea at bay? It can be bad, but like anything there is an adjustment period that needs to be overcome.
I think I am going for January only. Hoping for ~3,500 calories of animal product. I wont be seriously weighing myself as this isn;t a weight loss approach, but will take note on the belt notches. I expect to gain weight (deadlifting) but the waist to trim down. Basically stuffing myself like yesterday even though I was not hungry from the nearly 2lbs rib roast Wednesday.

Yes 16 oz cooked so about 20oz raw. I season with seven steak seasoning and sear in grass fed ghee. Then take a little Pat if grass fed brown butter in top. I scramble the eggs right after all in cast iron pan. Takes less than 10 min so long as I take the steak out beforehand.
I'll have about 60g peptopro protein in the periworkout window. This is only in lifting days.
Some non lifting days I will just fast.
I do this because it's simple and easy. Like you, the more I find I try and mix this is that the more I find myself screwing up. I preach use whatever works for you diet wise. I tell most to use iifym so they can learn how to count macros and understand food. You would be surprised the amount of people who can't teqll you what's foods are carbs and what is fat or protein. It's crazy.
I personally have to take an approach that is all or nothing. It's how I am with everything honestly. It's a bad habit for work because I let it consume me to the point of obsession, good for my employers though lol

Yea I don't get diarrhea like everyday kind of thing but I wont go for a few days then get it. The salad keeps that from happening.

I’d say stray away from salad and see what happens. A salad every few days won’t provide much in the way of nutrients but will provide the gut bacteria with fiber to feed on. But hey, meats just damn fun to cook anyways.
