Trying to keep this thread alive.

I've been maintaining ~251 pounds pretty well. This last week was particularly bad though, as my whole household got sick. Toddler was puking and running fever, my wife had strep, and then as soon as she started getting better I came down with Strep. So..food was low priority. Ate takeout/delivery a LOT. Did not track. The only silver lining was that because we were all sick, we didn't do any Thanksgiving. Had a bit of leftovers but that's it.

The scale is particularly ugly right now. The combination of antibiotics, NSAIDs, overeating, and eating out means my weight jumped 9 pounds in a matter of days. I know that'll come off in a week or so once I get back to it but I have no doubt I'll be around 253. My goal is to not get above 255.

I hope everyone is feeling better! NSAIDs always make my weight go up, too. Blah.

I’m down a few more lbs. 28-29 total. My weight loss is very punctuated. I maintained for a month, then dropped 4 lbs in a week. No diet changes. I’ll take it.

So if you are looking to get back in on my drive and are a OG on here email me, I will check and will be very selective over who has access. Still uploading constantly and downloading even more and more. Still updating folders so some will be blank but I would say 90% has been reuploaded plus a lot more content I had never uploaded before.

Check-in again

My average weight last week was around 253. 251.1 this morning, so average may come down again this week. I'd love to stay as close to 251 as possible.

So I hurt my back last week, well my kid sleeping with his knee in my back did, so haven't been doing much. Feeling great now, Bout to get a message, then gonna hit it hard starting tomorrow. Trying to start the new year under 195 which would be a big deal for me. Sitting at 197 as of this morning. This is the longest I have held below 200 in like 2 years.

Overall goal is to get sub 185 and hold it for 6 months.

Yeah buddy. Sorry bout your back. That shits no fun, even a severe pulled muscle is no joke.

I'm in the same boat. Starting the year under 255 would set me up to potentially get into the 220s by end of 2020 if I play my cards right, which is an incredibly exciting thought. My first ever weight loss goal was 250 but I've always wanted to get to 220 them evaluate how much more I need to lose.

Wanted to bump. I M going to meal prep on Sunday and start the rp diet again. Hopefully I can stick to it but if nothing else I will stick to the macros. Has be starting at

200p/150c/60gF with the goal to get down to 175 by mid April. More realistic is to be there by end of May and then maintain through the summer hopefully.
