Yesterday and today hunger wasn’t there. Still adapting from the holidays so I’m a bit wary on my stomach and the bathroom results. This usually goes away in a few days. Anyway, lean deer roast and top sirloin steaks for dinner yesterday. Plus some homemade jerky from rump roast. One of my leaner days.

Physique looking like it did before the holidays!
Did not step on the scale. I will on Monday or Tuesday to get a starting weight for what it looks like will be just me and 777's 60 day challenge. Going to be tracking my food for the first time in 2-3 months.

Americano (5 shots of espresso)
2-3 topo chicos
Lunch
14oz chicken breast
3oz sweet potato
4oz brussel sprouts
2 tablespoons of ceasar (primal kitchen)
Dinner
8oz shrimp
Unlimited broccoli

The scale was friendly to me this morning, 264.8. It's trended down the past week except for yesterday.
Went over my fats yesterday. I had some leftover steak that I didn't want to go bad so I chopped it up in my breakfast bowl; I need to eat pretty lean today to stay compliant. I adjusted my weekly macros on MFP but screwed up and adjusted F,S,S instead of W,T,F and never noticed, so my macros are wonky. I'm very compliant in calories, at least.

Well I am back on the wagon. Lost almost 40 pounds in the 6 months before the flood. Completely derailed after and gained back almost 25. Keep seeing the scale creeping up (10 pounds in past 6 months at my new job). And my blood sugar was out of control. Back on the keto train.

Today was first official day of 60 days of steak and eggs diet. I have been doing it since the second but did have a glass of wine and some of a trio of crab appetizer that had carbs in it so not in keto.
Today was higher than normal as we went out for dinner and I had some left over steak that was gonna go bad. No eggs today

Protein-38%-209g
Carbs was zero
Essentially ate 27oz steak(ribeye and flank, 5oz shrimp and add in the grass fed ghee I cooked it in and that's all I had.
I will continue this until next Wednesday we're I will add a salad. Will keep the salad at once a week so long as I am regular.
Salad will be
2 cups organic spinach and kale mix
2 hard boiled eggs
2 strips of uncured bacon chopped
1 large avocado
Couple slices of purple onion
Avocado oil or Olive oil-2 tbsp
After 4 weeks might add 2oz kerrygold grass fed butter.

No idea on calorie counts this weekend but remained carnivore. Skipped Friday evening dinner filled with carbs - just had a bourbon with the group. Plenty of meats, eggs and seafood while eating out at various locations. Couple of scotches and a glass of wine. We ate out a lot, and boy people get pretty offended when you tell them you are taking over your own damn mouth. I don’t get it (I do) they say “try this” and I say no thank you. You’re offering me what I consider poison and you’re the one to be offended?....I love my friends.
Probably 60% fat and 30% protein. Less overall caloric intake, guessing 11-1200 both days. Pre-made some meals for this week so I should be back on upper calorie intake.

I put a bit of sour cream mixed into my ground beef that ticked up the carb intake. Lots of top sirloin last night helped increase the protein. Nearly 60%-40% on the ratio. No alcohol during the game last night. Sleep is becoming more of a priority. Ticking nicely.

i workout pretty much from 8-9:30, eat 9:30-10 and then take a bath/watch tv until 10:30/10:45, in bed and asleep by 11.

I feel the urge to lift everyday now. My energy levels took a boost these past two days. Haven't lifted since Thursday and need to get back at it.
