212 on the scale this morning.

Who’s partying?

Hiking some trails and vodka/sparkling waters this weekend.

RFL Sun-Tues cause I’m lazy and don’t feel like cooking much for a short 3 day week.

n00b arriving!

Got up to 260 and said "frick this". Down to 250 right now... looking to get to around 210-215. Started doing IF a few days ago (16:8) and working out more. I have an old barn behind the house so I've started turning that into my training arena. I put my bag out there (I love boxing/fighting) and got a shitty little weight bench for now.

Goal: become a fricking BEAST

I've been reading some of your stuff... just don't know where to begin. I've been doing my own shite so far but I'd like to transition to something legit. I've seen the Greyskull stuff you posted. I'm a fat frick that wants to lose weight and gain strength. Point me in the right direction.

Welcome terd

I'm still fat too, it sucks. Neverending struggle.

Greyskull is a great lifting program. IF is a great way to control caloric intake..which is what it boils down to. Eat a ton of protein and fill the rest of your calories in as you see fit.

Being fat is just so much easier.

I need to up my protein game. I have been eating a lot of raw greens and other vegetables. I can't take a shite now without it looking like somebody dumped a bunch of lawn clippings in the toilet.

Start with the GSLP template for fatloss posted here

For diet learn to count your macros #1. Use this calculator to determine your calories and macros. plug those numbers into myfitnesspal and try to get within 10% daily

or

simply eat two palm size servings of a fattier meat and 1 fist size portion veggies in the first two meals. For the last meal have 3 palm size portions of a leanish meat and 2 fist size portions of carbs. Also do 75g protein shake after your lift session.

monitor your waist size over a 2 week period. If it shrinks, keep going. If it doesn't, add fasted walking in on non lifting days at 20-30 min. adjust from there.

As far as when to eat- Eat lunch@12, dinner @5:30pm and a later meal @ 730 or something to the effect. Key is do not eat but for an 8 hour window daily and try to keep the window consistant.
