Pittsburgh protestors shutting down Interstate

This stems from the death of the 17 year old, Antwone Rose Jr. (no relation to Pete) where he was gunned down in the line of fire by a police officer in Pittsburgh.
I had read reports that the police officer involved in the shooting had only been sworn in minutes prior to the incident. Not sure if this is actually true as anyone with a mouth, opinion or bias can basically say anything online and have it spread like wild fire.

It took 4 hours to get from Pittsburgh Airport to the house because of this crap - most of it spent stopped between the Oakland exit and the Squirrel Hill tunnel.

He was sworn into the police department that morning about two hours prior BUT... he has been a working officer in the adjoining jurisdiction for over seven years. They are trying to make it look like he is a brand new cop that didn’t know what he was doing but that isn’t the case.

Well, there are some road closures in the Pittsburgh area at the moment on Google maps, albeit some are listed "closed until August", which I assume is construction, not protests.
