Is it your position that he be penalized for the rest of his life for something he did when he was primarily 14?
Hes an admitted child molester. I really don't care how much he suffers for whatever length of time.

The help he got was mandatory and apart of his diversion program and plea deal.
So. You want him to go get help........after having gotten help........because the help he got was mandatory?

What is stopping him for doing this again with this many people coddling him and normalizing the behavior?
Well. I dunno. If you mandate that I get surgery.........do I have to go get the surgery again later voluntarily?

As I suspected

You’re just trolling bro. Something tells me if they had been your daughter you would be singing a different tune. That’s sad too why would it matter who did it or who was the victim of this kind of crime.

You are fricking retarded. I’m done with you. If you don’t get it by now then you will never get it. Go waste someone else’s time.

Well. There's a reason we don't let victims decide penalties.

If we did, the dude that burglarized my car when I was 20 would be dead.

People don't care about facts here. I'll leave this here.

If you want to read the opinion of an actual professional lawyer in the field on this topic here you go.

You don’t plea to a sex crime unless you did something, bottom line. Dude is trash

This kind of thought is ignorant with the way the legal system works. In these cases it's pretty much down to a he said-she said and no one would ever be believed in a case like this versus a child. If you remember the Brian Banks story (not a child case but still sexual assault) he plead guilty to get 5 years instead of life because the lawyers literally told him that no one would believe him over her, came out later that she made up the story.

By pleading guilty in his state's laws his records would be sealed since it was a juvenile crime and would not show up on his record. This story got out b/c of a records mix up. Pleading guilty let's him be able to have a career while if he would have plead not guilty and got convicted that wouldn't be the case.

Not saying I believe his claim of innocence, but to think that there's no reason to plead guilty in a case like this isn't accurate with how the system is set up. Once you're accused you're might as well be guilty many times in today's world

You don’t have to understand the legal system or be a lawyer to know right from wrong.

I think it’s helpful information but like I had said it’s not valid if you are using it to let people know that we don’t have a right to have an opinion on this it’s pretty cut and dry when you have the basic facts.

It’s a fall from grace to say the least that they had taken the position on not kicking him off the team and campaigning for him to get him drafted.

The QUESTION is. Exactly how fricking long do morons like you think he should pay for what he did as a 14 year old?

Not getting paid millions of dollars while his family deals with his actions for the rest of their lives seems fair.

I am much more on the same page with you than the post indicates. I don’t think his life should be ruined for a mistake as a teenager.

I also don’t think he should be pitching for OSU.

As an OSU fan I'm not here to defend anything to do with the case

That is exactly what you are doing...and by doing so, you condone his actions. I can guarantee you that if this was your 4yr old daughter that he molested, then you wouldn't be on here "not defending" Pedolich's character.
We understand the law...and we understand that the mistake was made by Benton County in allowing this to be disclosed...but, the simple fact is he molested a 4yr old girl...for 2yrs. That cannot be overlooked or forgiven just because "he is in good standing with the law and the school." He is a piece of shite and should have been kicked off the team. Now, OSU and its fans who support and defend this douche are classless.

I hope he does not get drafted, and if he does, the current players on the team that drafts him force him to quit.
