This unfortunately. You don’t just outgrow it. It doesn’t go away. This is a forever thing. I don’t see how an mlb team takes this guy

Let's just ignore that all of the studies regarding underage offenders say that when you typed is wrong. You declared it so it must be true

Didn't Jeremy Hill plead to a sex crime

Yes he did because he did receive oral sex from a girl that was technically too young but you are talking about two high school kids in a consentual act vs a 14-16 molesting a 4-6 year old. Do you think those two acts are even in the same zip code?

Same question for you.

Is it your position that he be penalized for the rest of his life for something he did when he was primarily 14?

Yes. The severity of the crime dictates that.

should he be allowed to play baseball? Well, that's not up to you to decide, but you can certainly have your own opinion about it.

At least one MLB team has come out and said that he won’t be pitching in their organization. And given the way these guys network with each other, I’d say it’s a fair bet that they’re just the ones who’ve made a formal announcement.

Now being that southpaws who bring it with the kind of heat and movement that Heimlich does are in EXTREMELY short supply, some MLB organization may want to keep their options open and take a late round flyer on him. But he’ll make very little money. And in the bus leagues, he’d better develop a hide like an alligator, because EVERYBODY is gonna know who he is, and those guys don’t give a frick. He’ll NEVER hear the end of it.

I’d say his best hope for a satisfactory life is to get his degree from OSU and hope he can blend into the anonymity of the workforce in whatever field his degree’s in.

Sorry I don’t consider 14-16 to be an exception when it comes to a fricking 4-6 year old. Your post is ridiculous. He fingered a frickibg 4 year old. My “declaration” that this is a life long problem for him is not outlandish but you stooping to trying to justify his act under some horse shite technicality is questionable.

So you were dedicating 90% of your forum in outrage then as you are doing now? Yeah, didn't think so.

Dear Luke Heimlich’s dad,

My bad-you are correct-he got caught because he didn’t update his sex offender status, for which he pleaded guilty. In legal terms, that means he did in fact molest his 6 year old niece. I’m not sure what the argument is about-he already said he did it. There shouldn’t be any questions. One a pervert always a pervert.

There are so many misconceptions out there about sex offenders and people convicted of sex crimes. Most people think they are all rapists and/or pedophiles.

WAFB did a story on TV a few years ago and the psychologist they had on said only 1% of offenders are actually pedophiles and the majority of the other offenders don't reoffend. Yet, the reporter kept pushing the story like the sex offenders were sitting at their windows masturbating while children walked by.

Of course, there are some monsters out there, but by and large sex offenders are people that made mistakes and are required in Louisiana to attend treatment while on probation or parole.

Legally implies in violation of team or university rules.
Please tell me what he violated? Past crimes do not count in this case as he hadn't have to report it and it's sealed by law. I'll be waiting...

I’ve actually thought about this as well. Most farm teams are in smaller areas. These are mostly working class, family people. Can you imagine the public outcry if this pederast freak were on a team in Springfield Missouri? Tulsa Oklahoma? The Inland Empire? This dude would need a security detail nonstop

We have some posters that would be absolutely worshipped by the pedophile community. Obviously, the administration agrees with what they are posing. As you can see it absolutely can happen here or anywhere. Why would you not we have shite heads on here now defending this the schools inaction. Don’t just think people that are resisting action to this just work at burger shack. You have a few bad apples up at Oregon State right now that should have known better and did nothing.

Surely there is evidence of violation, I imagine. But was there DNA tying him to it, or was she just physically injured?

2 years. Suggests bruising if anything.
