You'll save $10 and wait time in the line. But, if you do buy your ticket now you'll still have to wait in line to exchange your ticket for a wristband. Also, you can't use cash or tokens this year to purchase anything. you have to connect your wristband to your credit card. I have a feeling this will turn into a huge cluster frick.

The website says you can enter your ticket number online to link your credit card so you don’t have to do it at the festival. I’ve tried doing it numerous times and it just says error. I’m glad I’m going tonight so I can figure it out before tomorrow. It would almost be worth it to buy the loaded GA pass to have $45 already on your wristband

I’m hoping by going to the wristband swap at Urban South Brewery I can coast right through. Setting up the online account, matching your tickets to it and loading your account with $ should be a huge help to stay ahead of the black hole at the gates.

seems kinda like an FU to the customer. Make it a pain in the arse for us to get to Urban South in the middle of the week or sit in line Day of to switch this shite out. All to make it easier for them to wrangle money

No I purchased the ticket online yesterday. I'll have to exchange for a wristband for tomorrow.
I guess that is a pain in the arse. The process of loading money to the account wasn't difficult.

Okay, I just tried linking my ticket number again and it worked. I have also uploaded money to it and I'm good to go. Just need to get my wristband.

Yes, I picked up my wristbands Wed at the swap function. I thought there would have been more functions like that to catch more people. But that would make too much sense.
