Would pay it next year if they are an upgrade.

Just got this in an email. I had not requested a refund, they did it automatically:

Your refund transaction has now been processed. It may take up to 10 business days for this transaction to appear in your account.

1) We had to order the bracelets back in January so they would be ready for late March. We based our order off of previous year's attendance plus a % increase. But we have never had such lights out weather and attendance.

Ahh that makes sense. I didn't think about the implications of running out of physical bracelets.

We will probably do more things to get bracelets into people's hands faster (mailing, box office open for week ahead, etc...). As far as selling out, two things on that. 1) We had to order the bracelets back in January so they would be ready for late March. We based our order off of previous year's attendance plus a % increase. But we have never had such lights out weather and attendance

This would be great.

Also I think there needs to be a couple more beer booths. The lines at those were moving pretty slow. I know space is limited, but I don’t remember the hold up on previous years.

Thanks for the complement. Rugaroux Q was competing in our 4th Hogs for the Cause. Finished 15 over all. Please stop by next year.

Not really. They're paying to be in it right? They use it as advertising.

Haven't they had capacity issues at previous venues? Probably trying to play it safe so people wouldn't complain about space.

Someone earlier posted a pic of a sandwich that looks huge. Are all dishes that big?

They have had issues that many Nola festivals have had with crowds. It's hard to plan for crowds because so many wait until the week of to purchase tickets and confirm attendance.
Before last year they have had some bad weather to deal with at a flooding city park venue.

It took the Po Boy fest five years to get their shite figured out. I love that so many people show up.

I like that they cap the attendance. Keeps it from being a shitshow of too many people. If I am waiting long periods of time just to order then I am not having a good time.
