I couldn't finish that other thread because of all the butthurt.
They are bitches in every possible respect. Constant jealous bitching about LSU over everything from academics to sports to their efforts to elevate themselves with a more prestigious name (LOL).
Newsflash: You are nothing. And the sooner the legislature closes your third rate glorified high school, the better. Now go kick rocks.

Lsu is the flagship, so ULL’s jeoulously is understandably with them being a directional school.

P.S. We are the second largest university in the state with an enrollment of almost 20k. We aren’t going anywhere anytime soon. But you already knew that.

I can remember a few years back when LSU played UL in football at Tiger Stadium. Friends of mine that went to or were currently at UL were losing their fricking minds swearing that UL would come in and upset LSU. It was comedy at its best!

I think they feel like the stepchild. You know always playing second fiddle to LSU. Hey, I think it's great. You know a little interstate competition always results in some great games. Look at Auburn and Bama.
But I'm thinking UL will always be nipping at LSU's heels. LSU is the flagship university in Louisiana and that's just the way it is.
In the meantime.....play ball.

Its hilarious that they think they have a national footprint and people know them as UL.
Draw a line within 2 hours of Lafayette. Anyone outside that line that didn't go to school there knows them as a directional school in Louisiana that changed their name to ULL that falls below LSU, Tulane, and LA Tech.
