I work out 4 days a week and get about 6-7 hours of sleep per night. I feel more fatigued/achy than ever (I realize I’m getting older).
Any recommendations for vitamins and/or daily supplements?

1-What’s your nutrition like?
2-achy as in joints?
3-Have you had T levels checked?
4-What type of workouts?

There's a lot of factors I'd consider before dropping bucks on supps. For me personally I'd check sleep first. Quality sleep matters for some more than a set amount. Also protein intake really makes a difference for me too. I am far less "achy" and fatigued when I get 230+ of protein daily. I'm 255 lbs btw. Vitamin D is a good supplement, creatine, I'm just spouting off stuff. Some might disagree but all this worked for ME PERSONALLY.

I agree with Jizz in that line of questioning.

I eat relatively clean
Just your average joe workout (i challenge myself but nothing like CrossFit)
Have not had my T levels checked
Yes, achy as in joints

I take fish oil and creatine.

A good joint supplement could help you.
I recommend the Joint 4 from Xendurance. I have arthritis in my left elbow from an old break in college and when I’m taking it, it doesn’t bother me at all.
If I’m not taking it, it’s a big issue, especially when I’m lifting.

Clean relative to who/what? How do you quantify "clean"?
Posted on 2/10/18 at 1:01 pm to The Silverback
To me, clean is no fried foods, sweets, or fast food. That’s just my opinion on that.

Damn. You ever just eat regular food? They say some of that stuff has nutritional value as well

I still eat 4-5x per day.
I only take 2-3 protein shakes per day which equate to ~400 calls. The others listed are a pill or liquid based supplement.
I’m in the gym 1-2x per day 5 days per week and have this list of supplements to keep me going.

Are you sponsored by those companies?
I'm just taking a multi vitamin pack a whey protein drink and try to take a nighttime formula pill formula and that's it
I'm not jacked up enough for all the other stuff

I get 35% off the Progenex, 45% off the Ten Performance, and about 30% off the Xendurance.
I also sell the Progenex which offsets most of my monthly costs for everything listed.

Surprisingly you may not realize it but your bed also plays a huge role.
Im 27, but I'm easily 20lbs overweight (school+lazy for a few years) and had gotten some mild lower back pain.
Hit the gym again, lost 10 lbs and my back still ached. Got a new bed and definitely less achy all over.
Still ate better (more fiber, less fried foods, less fast food, little to no soda) and took a daily multivitamin. That's purely for health reasons and not fitness.
A friend of mine who turned 30 had the same issues and picked up yoga, helped him tremendously and he's still overweight

You don't need supplements. Eat better. Maybe get a new mattress.

I hate you. But seriously, I hate you.
Nay, not really. I don't do any supplements. Just eat right, plenty of veggies and lean protein (I only do non-red meats but to each his own). If looking for more muscle, load up on heavy-protein laden shakes and smoothies (I do rice or vege protein only).

42 and I had pain and aches. Couple things I take:
Apple cider vinegar
Krill oil
Glucosamine/chondroitin
Curcumin and black pepper extract
On top of that I eat a high fat diet (coconut and olive oils, ghee, mct)
I’m pretty pain free, which is surprising, given my medical history.
