Funeral business is a huge scam. It’s crazy people spend 5k or more on a box that’s going into the ground. Then the funeral is costing you 5 figures.
No thanks. I’d rather my family stick good ol WB in the fireplace and turn my ashes into one of those bio trees. Then use the money to go on a family trip to Hawaii.

I want a Viking funeral in Venice. Is that legal? I figure the fish should be able to eat me back in the end.

I'm leaving 5 or 6k to rent out a bar close to the funeral home so everyone can have a great time on my dime.
Funerals for people over the age of 65 should be a fun time, remembering the good stuff and generally just having family reconnect.

Never been to a black funeral how are they different? I know it takes sometimes better than a week to bury a black person. Other than that I didn’t know they were much different.
I've been to a couple, and I'm not saying all of them are like this, but the first one I went to I thought I walked in on a 2nd line and not a funeral. Also, they had about 20 pastors that got up and did speeches.

I hope that I show up to my funeral. Actually, I want my death to be a happy time. I want my relatives to show respect by playing Bruce Hornsby records.

White funerals are more like mourning ceremonies.
Blacks are more celebrations of life.
Blacks are more celebrations of life.

In my family it’s usually a big family reunion.
After the wake, everyone in the family and close friends are invited to go out and eat dinner and share a few drinks and laughs before the reality of the services kicks in the next morning.
Then after the services it’s another big family gathering at someone’s house before everyone heads home.

I want to be cremated, Then have my ashes mixed into a pitcher of worm buckets
Then I want that pitcher to run down the chin and over 5 pair of the biggest fakest tits to ever grace The Prop Stop!

If you don't want your family cremating you...then please at least have a small life insurance policy that will cover burial expenses. Don't place that burden on them.

When I got out of LSU, my buddy from Ponchy died in a car accident. His parents had a small ceremony with mostly family and threw a party down the river in his memory. Floated his ashes at the end. It was awesome and I think I want something similar. It seemed a good way to have some private time and some let's remember and recount it together time.
