So, the other day a colleague of mine and myself were having a conversation over dinner (we were actually eating at Poboy Express) about Freudian psychology and the true depths of conscience with regards to Catholic Social Teaching and the Catechism. Anyhow, my friend has passed his Id stage of the conscience, yet still is reliant upon others to build up his superego, especially with regards to relationships with females. So, my main question is, if he has already taken the Myers-Briggs personality test, yet he is not yet comfortable with the results he has received, what can he do to validate his conscience further? If you guys haven't studied this topic in depth, that's fine, but how do you think he should handle this anyway? Thanks.

Anybody else think of the Douche in the bar trying to pick up Minnie Driver in Good Will Hunting while reading this?

Have your friend take the Voight-Kampff. Sounds like he's a replicant.

I'm gonna be honest man...

I'm familiar with this

quote:

Freudian psychology

This...

quote:

Catholic Social Teaching

This...

quote:

the Catechism

This...

quote:

Id

This...

quote:

superego

And this...

quote:

the Myers-Briggs personality test

And I still don't know what the hell you're talking about.

I think he should switch hands next time he's sucking you off. Left hand on the shaft and right hand on the balls.

Makes a huge improvement in the balance of Yin and Yang.

Myers'-Briggs test is worthless, has no scientific foundation and I'm surprised people still use it. He'd learn more about his personality by taking a test in a Cosmo magazine.

hmmmmmmmmmmmm....
I've been accused by ex wife and present gf of being a narcissist, but..... it works for me! He should seek self gratification at the cost of others! With it comes confidence, increased ego, control in relationships..... which would be new experiences for him.
