Avocados are healthy but onions are nature's super food

I usually eat a couple of them per day and I've noticed that my bench has gone way up in the gym

No, no you cannot. Unless you live in Cali or Mexico. Southern States don't have the proper climate. You would also have to plant two so they could cross pollenate.

Once every 3 weeks I get a salmon sandwich from Jason’s Deli that has guacamole on it, but that’s it.

Jason’s Deli is the tits though.

IF they weren’t so damn expensive, I’d eat them every day.
They’re great on sandwiches, salads, tacos, as a dip, or even smoked on the grill.

Some day I will make enough money to afford to eat good steak, seared tuna steaks, advocados, grapes, and other real fresh fruit and vegetables regularly. Ah, to dream

You can plant them. There’s all kinds on how to videos on YouTube. I have one that’s about 5 feet tall.

But, climate is a big factor until it gets older and can handle the cold. My mom had one in her backyard growing up around Baton Rouge. It never produced fruit.

To get fruiting trees, you usually need to graft it. There is a small chance you’ll get a tree grown from seed that’ll fruit.

They don't really taste like anything to me except basically slime. Guacamole is okay but the lime and salt are what actually make it good.

FWIW Mexican drug cartels control the avocado trade.

Depending on my given macros for a day I will eat at least one a day. I love them though.

Half them, season them with garlic salt and lemon juice, and then let smoke on the grill skin side down for 20 minutes or so. I usually do this while I'm smoking a boston butt or grilling chicken. It gives them a really nice flavor and makes them even more tender.

that sucks because avocados are delicious

No they’re not. They’re practically void of all flavor. It’s good on a taco but mostly for texture. Don’t understand why people act like they’re so flavorful and tasty. They’re ok but only as background flavor/texture.
