Not a millennial but I make an avacado, spinach and tomato sandwich for lunch cheese most days.

depends on his total caloric intake/output. great fat source to keep you satiated on those 700 calories. And no omega 6 overload to worry about because they are predominantly monounsaturated fat.

i eat around 1.5 a day on ave, and i put olive oil and bacon bits in mine (among other things). 43. 173. 6' (like a Drew Brees stretched out 6' to be fair, but close to 6-square than 5'11"). In any event, I'm not fat.
