but Columbus also sucks so there's that

Amazon must not think its that bad? If it sucked so bad, why is it growing so fast? Why is it ranked as one of the top markets for jobs and college graduates? Such a lame response.

I didn't say that but you were trying to act like your airport was a major selling point. Denver, Dallas, and Atlanta kick the shite out of that

That's just a business/cargo airport in Columbus...its not the main airport, which is John Glenn International by the way. I am just saying that simply put, Columbus can land this Amazon HQ. Amazon has already made it clear by investing in Columbus, that it considers Columbus a key market for reasons I have already stated.

I could definitely see Columbus sneaking their way into the top 10, but I’d be shocked if that was Amazon’s final choice. Not saying it couldn’t happen, but I think it’s a bit of a long shot.

...and why is that, because its not Dallas or Atlanta? Maybe Amazon wants to go somewhere like Columbus? Maybe that's why they are on the list?

explain how a cargo airport means anything to finding office space for 50,000 white collar workers?

what's with you shitty city loving people touting your crappy cities and airports like it's going to mean something?

Yes, obviously maybe the want to put it in Columbus...it’s on the list. All I said was it’s probably not one of the front runners. I don’t think that’s an outlandish statement.

Don’t get so butthurt.

Its a dual airport to be exact. It serves both civil and cargo. It is one of the things that Amazon said they are looking for. Also, maybe Amazon wants to be in a city that is friendly and welcoming....kind of the exact opposite of how you are to other cities.

I am honestly not butthurt. LOL I am simply stating why I think Columbus can and should get it. What do you want me to do....shite on Columbus? Look, Columbus ranks 5th in the country to Fortune 500 companies...shocker huh! Its a GREAT city! Columbus is a city of the future.

I think it'll be either Dallas, Atlanta, or Boston.

Surprised

Shouldn't be. High cost, small airport, LA is just north, and it has a pretty weak political and business climate for a city its size.

This means about as much as Max Williams having a 'Top 11 Schools' list.

Still hope LSU gets him though.
