I feel like Boston would be a lock for it but for it being so goddamn expensive here.

Still think it’s in the top 3 though.

This is my sleeper pick

Just approved a special electric rate for Amazon for one of their facilities already in place. City is also big in the Smart City initiative.

On what road? I know they're widening Bush in some spots.

I'm currently off of the Frankford Rd. Exit. Seems like they are widening from there to the DNT.

Nothing is going to ever move there besides oil affiliates. There needs to be new leadership at the State and why bother...when some new yokel will just come in every 4-8 years and screw everything up.

If Amazon wants to be near a major university then Columbus clearly fits the bill with Ohio State.

Atlanta has Georgia Tech, Emory, Georgia State, and the AUC schools within 10 miles of Downtown (and UGA/Kennesaw State relatively close by).

If ATL gets it, it's likely going to the Gulch.

Amazon must not have heard that the Sam's Club building by Cortana is available.

If they do, it would be largely attributed to their airports (Love and DFW)

You mean SWB didn't make a play with some prime land located in NBR with plenty of people ready to go to work and earn a honest day wage?

Columbus, Ohio is the best kept secret in the country. Columbus, Ohio is the fastest growing city in the Midwest (16th overall population) with some very notable Fortune 500 companies. Columbus is expected to add 500,000 people by 2050. With Ohio State anchoring over 60,000 highly educated students for a potential workforce. I think Columbus is a sneaky pick as well.

Whoever has the best mix of available capacity and expandable infrastructure at the airport will win. nothing else will outweigh that in the end.

Keep that shite out of Miami. Do not want more people here, real estate is already a fortune, and not interested in even more construction and more money in an area already loaded with both.
