Bout to start a drive out West and was wondering what others have done. Doing a 25 hour, 1,600 mile road trip over the next two days with some friends to Utah pulling two side by sides and three four-wheelers.

Baton Rouge to Montana a few times. Way too far of a road trip for my liking.

ETA: Longest, not farthest.

Fayetteville to Orlando '92
Dallas to Denver '93
That's it for me. Flying everywhere since then within reason. Just wasn't something I could do without hating the experience.

Longest was a round trip from South Alabama to Denver and back. Big Father/son trip to watch MLB games, and we took my dad's SUV and another family's minivan. Probably around 1993 or 1994. Went through Texas and NM on the way, came back through Kansas and stopped in St Louis as our last game before driving back home. Maybe a dozen guys and the trip was 6 days. We were on the road several hours each day.
Personally driving, round trip from Birmingham to Port Canaveral for a Disney Cruise. Around 11 hours each way of driving time. I split the trip down up. Drove about 6-7 hours after work, and then the rest the next morning. On the way home, we got off the boat and just drove all day. A couple of stops for meals and the wife wanted to look in Ikea in Atlanta. I was needing a break so I didn't mind.

AlCan highway and throughout Alaska in a 30+ year old 1966 Catalina. No A/C (cars in Alaska are sold without AC as an option, lol) so it was miles of dusty roads and open windows.
Visited Chicken, Alaska which is alleged to be named Chicken because there was a small group of settlers about a hundred years ago who were there during a harsh winter and blizzard. The only thing that saved them from starving were the wild ptarmigan (birds) that they caught
In the spirit of gratitude they wished to name their town after the animal that had saved their lives. But alas, no one could spell "Ptarmigan" so they settled on "Chicken" instead.
