They are on the bottom of aisle two, on the left near the middle of the aisle, right next to the sharks with laser beams.

It's a counter balance weight to help make sure the gun doesn't move up as much when shooting so you can stay on target easier.

They did say magazine instead of clip, but I guess the real modifications, like the red dot and foregrip weren't scary enough so they added some from DOOM.
