No enthusiasm this week

We are 72 hours from kickoff and none of the typical game week posts have appeared: score predictions, point spread, look alike, anything.
Is there no interest, much less enthusiasm in seeing LSU compete to win a football game? Yes, game time plays a factor but I'm thinking there is more to it than that. Is it playing against a weak team? I get complaining about losing to a weaker team (Troy) but can you then turn around and show apathy about winning against a weaker team? What is it?

I’m just depressed with LSU football right now, we have lost 7 in a row to a team that looked no different to me Saturday. My old man called to talk football last night and I? didn’t even feel like starting the discussion. Like the first response, fatigue is real, I’m gonna watch Saturday but I’m fed up.

I'm actually looking forward to us curb stomping the hogs and sending Fat Bert into retirement. I think we came out of the Bama game without any new injuries and I hope they take out their anger on Arky.

I'm enthusiastic. I'll be on campus all day Saturday. I just haven't started any threads about my enthusiasm.

you must not be familiar with the Arkansas series. we have won few "going away"; but so have they. anyone discounting the razorbacks against LSU has not been paying attention. i'm damn glad this game is in Tiger Stadium.

Well now that we are basically eliminated from the West, my enthusiasm has dwindled.
I'm still looking forward to watching my Tigers play, but there is much less to discuss now that there is a severe reduction in 'turmoil' surrounding the team. Couple that with a weak opponent and a large spread (17) and you've got yourself a poor atmosphere on the message board.
