Too many “dukke v” type posters on the Rant this week. The only thing that will drive off those types of trolls would be a win. Check back Sat night.

Remember how fatigued we were last year at Arkansas? Tigers will be ready.

“ what is it ?”

We just lost to Alabama for the seventh time in a row and we are an 18 point favorite over Arkansas. Both of those things are leading to not much excitement for the game at this time. I’m sure that will change by Saturday.

Hopefully, we learned our lesson from Troy not to take any team lightly.

I don’t refer to my father as “man” or “old man” he’s my dad and would bitch slap me if i did

It’s just a figure of speech, i was saying he gave me a call to talk about football.

I 100% want to whoop on the rest of our schedule and win a nice bowl, would be a nice season.

It’s just tough for me to see it as a success because we have this giant hurdle that’s clearly mentally more challenging than physically to get over. I’m tired of losing to Bama and becoming an afterthought, even fricking UCF and Iowa are getting more love than our tigers.

Well hell, you don't seem enthusiastic yourself.

Don't know where you got that from. I'll head out Friday, tailgate before, love every minute I'm in Tiger Stadium, won't leave until the fourth quarter clock reads 0:00, tailgate after and make the return trip home Sunday. I have never had a bad time in Tiger Stadium.

Sure you will, because you're the classic definitive example of a Mediocrity Accepting Snowflake Pump Lump (LSU Gump) that could care less about Championships.

You've latched on to that team and are there for the duration. Nothing else in your life but LSU Football and LSU Sports. Doesn't matter how many they win or lose.

No enthusiasm this week by Brazos
It's called Bama fatigue. It's a real thing.

. Which is exactly why this is a very dangerous game.

Don’t like championships? So thats why I have two replica crystal balls from both title games I have the game day program and every reputable magazines report on those games and I have my tickets for every game framed from 2003 and 2007 hanging on my wall. I have DVDs from both games and a banner of all three titles. Yeah, those were just another win. They weren’t one of the highlights of my life.

Nothing else in my life is more important than LSU football? You partially nailed it. My faith, family and friends come first but LSU football is in the top five. My mood for the week is affected depending on the outcome of the game. We have season tickets with one seat located on the row behind the others. I gladly sit in that seat so I can focus on the game and not chitchat during the game. I’ll High Five anyone after an LSU play or sit there pissed off if we are underperforming.

Wins and losses don’t matter? I played on a high school team that lost one game - the state championship. For years I saw us as losers and stayed mad and bitter about that. The loss was eating me up. Well over a decade after that one loss I had to come to terms with it and in dong so I couldn’t see my teammates as loosers just because we lost one game. Every game is important, I want to win all of them. I do refuse to give up on LSU football if they aren’t national chsmpuns every year.

You think you know me but you don’t know me at all. You think you are so right but you are so wrong. But, your mind is made up.

Get some guts dude. Fact is, Saban has built the most dominating program in the history of the SEC - yep greater than the Bear. All of the SEC is second to them. I hate it, but like that our team has a chance for a respectable season after a tough start with a young team. Get back on the train and root for the Tigers. We are the third best SEC team right now with a good future, and one day soon we will beat Bama.

Disagree. My Facebook is full of people looking for tickets. It’s usually people trying to get rid of tickets.

To be honest.

I would love to see LSU finish 9-3 with a 6-2 record in the SEC. I truly do.

But with the ups and downs of the season, the uncertainty of where the season will end, the 7th straight loss to BAMA and the constant back and forth of the coaching, LSU admin, players, its getting a little boring to continue.

At this point, Im pretty sure, many fans of LSU are just along for the ride and waiting to see where LSU ends up. Hopefully with a 9-3 season and a bowl win.

What exactly constitutes “old time” fans? I don’t think you can lump all the die hards under the umbrella of “old time”
