One day soon in the not too far future, the west is eventually going to have to wage a holy war to kill them all or at least contain them where they belong in the mideast and cleanse their selves of muslim filth.

Should we have killed all Japanese and Germans? How about Vietnamese? Koreans? Don't forget the Russians.

Come to think of it, maybe we should just kill everyone. Save us some time in the long run, don't you agree?

One day soon in the not too far future, the establishment agenda will be complete in the Middle East and we'll forget our hatred of Muslims like we did the Japanese, Germans, Vietnamese, etc. etc. and they will have a new boogeyman to hate and expend all our energies on.

maajid nawaz is pretty cool

The fact on this board this post has 5 downvotes is a bit astounding and shows how dumb this board as a whole is. They’re just downvoting because he’s a Muslim, but Maajid Nawaz is perhaps the single most powerful and valuable person in the world when comes to battling radical Islam and reforming it.

Once you hear what he has to say, it is only Leftists who hate him, and Conservatives, Libertarians, and Classical Liberals are all huge fans of him. Tucker Carlson for instance is one of his biggest fans who was on his show last night: LINK

The only reason it spread and dominated the Arabian peninsula is because Muhammad was a ruthless warchief who forced tribes and villages he conquered to convert or die.

It's not an "organic" religion like Christianity or Buddhism or Hinduism- which spread through teachings and sermons and communal learning. The tree of Islam has its roots in military conquest and subjugation.

Well Islam has its militant side because Arab tribes were caught between the Byzantines and the Sasanian wars in the early period of the 600's. Given that environment it's no surprise that the religion itself is very militant. That milieu shaped the religion because the religion itself was a unifying device for the once decentralized Arab tribes. In that regard it worked very well, and is as organic (as in the conditions of its infancy informed its foundation) as any other idealogy. The religious aspect of Islam is a pastiche of various Jewish, Christian, Zoroastrian, and Pre-Islamic Arabic beliefs and is in some ways an afterthought to the militancy, which is a very important feature of early Islam.

That's a massive overstatement for a variety of reasons. Mainly, I doubt people who are important in the MENA region would ever listen to him. What is driving all the violence in the ME is the geopolitical jockeying that has occurred in the Iraqi vacuum. Once that is settled, which could be at the expense of a large war, then the use of explicitly political Islam that has been in vogue since 1979 (in earnest) might die away.

I don’t really get your point. We killed a shite load of these people. We basically threatened to eliminate the entire Japanese population in order to win the war.

It's not even applicable to the situation at hand. For our purposes the "moderate" Muslim population and the populations of Islamic minorities are irrelevant. The only group that we have to worry about are Islamists, as in groups of people who believe that Islam should the framework for the state. ISIS in particular has a strategy of "jabbing" the West in order to provoke a large response. They are seeking a response so large from the West that ISIS will be seen as the protectors of the Islamic world, a mantle that Iran has been attempting to take up since 1979 (as in protecting Shias outside its borders as well as supporting the Palestinians). ISIS is explicit in this desire, and their asymmetrical, decentralized strategy is designed so that their will be a backlash at large against Muslims, abolishing what they call "the grayzone."

In that sense retribution carried out against individual Muslims is what ISIS wants, causing a slight conundrum for Western governments who are now invested in insulating their Islamic populations while at the same time attempting to avoid ISIS's propaganda arm. Thankfully the editor of the Dabiq magazine died when it was at its height, and ISIS propaganda hasn't been nearly as effective as it was in 2014-15.

Or the west could just stop stoking the flames with neverending wars on behalf of an alliance that has borne nothing but terrorism, debt, and dead soldiers (and millions of civilians) . Dealing with the residual terrorism after ending the last 80 years of retard level foreign policy will be a cakewalk.

Yeah people seem hellbent on killing people, not realizing that another large war on the Eastern flank of the EU would almost assuredly lead to more Muslims in Europe, not less. If a major war involves Turkey and Iran as belligerents, the stream of refugees would be larger by some measure than the refugees from Syria. That's not to mention the 3 million or so Afghani refugees still in Iran and the 2 million or so refugees from Syria still in Turkey, and we are talking about a major movement of people.

Now think about the ones that want to commit an attack but just don’t have the balls, or resources.

Gays really aren't that bad - I hate how they've become so politicized and angry lately though. They used to be reasonable.

No kidding - what gays have contributed in terms of gentrification has been incredibly valuable to so many cities across America. It's their combination of having a good eye for things, high education and income levels, and propensity for risk-taking that make them the best pioneers in turning around urban neighborhoods.
