Obviously, haven’t done jack shite in years. Horrible game atmospheres. Consistently fail to field a .500 team, despite having seemingly unlimited resources.

Shell of its former self, but, correct me if I’m wrong, that former self has not achieved like the other blue bloods.

They've been in every game this year with the exception of Maryland and Ellenger (sp?) looks pretty good. They'll be a contender in the Big 12 next year.

I did get the feeling that the announcers were literally upset that UT lost that game at the end. Didn’t seem to hide it at all.

They were ridiculously good for most of the 2000s.

There is a team in the Top 25 with a loss to a Sun Belt team, so I'd go with that team as the most overrated.

Overrated? Does anybody look at them as a top football team?

I’ll let you in on a secret, everyone in CFB is a various degree of shitty. That’s why weekends like the last occur and make games a blast to watch.

Except Alabama. Screw you, Alabama! You’re no fun

Two more years with this coach will give you your answer. Seems I recall LSU going through some difficult years.

All time I feel like people group them with the other elite of the elites

Notre Dame
Nebraska
Ohio State
Michigan
USC
Alabama
Oklahoma

But Texas is half a notch below them and several notches above #9/10 (Penn State and Tennessee)

Michigan has to be. They last won a national title in 1997- a year where there was controversy for not selecting an undefeated Nebraska team as the AP #1 team for finishing undefeated. Before that, their last title was 1948. Ohio State has won 2 titles since them, and has a 15-4 record over them since '98.

Uhhhhh, no. That'd be the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor.
