Any specific examples you would like to argue against? This is a “hot takes” thread after all.
Think the repeated revisionist history regarding the Civil War on TD is sickening. I think it’s super telling of where we are when it comes to how people receive information, where they get it from, and how they spout bullshite as factual truth. Happy to further discuss specifics with anyone on this.
Also some bozo saying we’d have been better off fighting alongside Hitler against the Soviets…. Theres quite literally more options than either being Fascist or Communist.

This thread just reaffirms my luke warm take that this site is chock-full of legitimate dimwits and morons.

Have yall been getting blown up with texts and calls from Pels reps? It’s getting absurd how much is coming down the pipeline with their communications. 3 different reps have been blowing up my phone about the same few game day bundles almost daily now.
Sounds like bad news for attendance this coming season. Can’t say it isn’t deserved though.

There is no minimum to contribute and it’s all at your own pace. It’s all post tax funds too so you aren’t losing on a paycheck either.
Times can be tough no doubt. But if you can muster up even $10 a week or any other small nominal figure, you’d have much more than what you put in over time.

Are you aware of how a Roth works brother? You can withdraw contributions at any point.
Outside of an employer matching your 401k (essentially free money), it’s easily the best retirement investment account.
That is of course assuming you aren’t able to get a pension of some kind.

I’m not gonna rely on coach speak regarding injuries.
But that tells me more that it’s something they going to rely on his feelings about his own body and what he feels like he can do before they ramp him up too fast.
If it was a complete tear or anything close to as serious we’d know about it by now.
The path forward will be to prevent reoccurrence or worsening

Let’s get one thing out of the way, no one gives a shite about your takes or anyone else that posts here for that matter.
If there’s any silver lining it’s best it happened now and it is something that can be managed with preventative care and a bit of rest/rehab through training camp. Would you rather it now or week 6?

Same argument could be thrown about Obama and Biden too.
Trump should be open for criticism just like any other president. The amount of devoted servants to the dear leader is insane. Any mention of a misstep by Trump and you get a hailstorm of “TDS”, “IM SuRe YoU vOTeD FOr HiM tHREE tImES”, “pussy hurt?”. It’s hilarious the level of group think and how lame it actually makes you look.

You are a drug addict, crazy, or a hopeless loser if your standard of living isn’t better than past generations.
Sure modern creature comforts are cool and make life more bearable. But that again is a deflection from the discussion. The economic struggle of this generation is very real, and there is a crisis regarding affordability and the growing number of working and middle class families who’s struggle to stay above water or even get started is more widespread than any other recent generation outside of the Great Depression. Birth rates are dropping for a reason. Any young person would be heavily inclined to go to the ballot box for anyone who will attempt to make that more sustainable and obtainable for them.

I've stated I don't love it, but simply because it's... unique at this level, not because it's nefarious. Your claim of conflict of interest for a business operating as a business is weak because its operating as it always has.
Does every business have a sitting President of the United States with a heavy hand in its operations, if not essentially outright ownership? Does every business happen to sell early access to information that at times can give an indication of potential impacts on market performance?
How many businesses exist where both of these questions can be answered with a yes?
How can you be so blind? 100k is totally meant for the average maga fan to be able to afford, definitely no nefarious actions at all.

Think you’re missing the point. Just working hard has never cut it all the time. Lots of boomers, silencers and greatest gens worked very hard and struggled. That young people are less inclined to work hard today is a different matter, assuming it’s true.
The fruits of hard work are not as great relative to any success level is more so the point. Of course there have to be factors that lead to financial success beyond that though without a doubt.
The desire for working people’s prosperity will always be the driving political motivator in this country.
The understanding that previous Americans of decades passed struggled as well is known and obvious. But that doesn’t negate the desire for things to improve or at least provide a consistent basis for all generations to come. The gap between the haves and have nots continues to widen and drives discontent further.

The problem is the younger generation simply doesn’t want to work hard to earn anything. People like the DSA play into people like you by making you believe they will supply you everything off of someone else’s dime.
Think you’re missing the point. Just working hard doesn’t cut it today. Sure mindset is key to a successful life but it’s not that simple. Someone starting out today has a much higher mountain to climb on average than in previous decades/generations/whatever time scale you wanna put on it.
Handouts of course aren’t the route but when the deck is so heavily stacked against you the motivation for change is definitely not going to just disappear. Disenfranchisement of the working class is a real substantial issue. And quite frankly regardless of which side of the political spectrum you fall on, the first party or politician that actually works to address that will be the popular pick going forward. Populism
For as much bitching as the current admin and its supporters do about elites they sure have made them even more powerful and wealthy.
