First I'd exile all the fatties out of my armageddon society because they aren't fit enough to be productive hunters/gatherers and would consume a bigger share of our resources. Then only OT 7's and up would be left to repopulate with.

I am not long enough to service option 1.
I wouldnt even get hard, so option 2 for me.
1. Any women under 5 3" in reasonable shape up to 20 lbs over optimum bmi.
2. All ot 8's and up.
