It's even more fricked up because the type to join phi delt probably haven't drank much at all prior, it's a real shame such a shite chapter fricked it up for everyone.

When the entire Greek system is getting shite on and criticized for the actions of a minority who are cast-offs and misfits but are still grouped under the big umbrella of “Greek”, then yeah, I can see how a little context for the outsider could be helpful.

Exactly.
It's like LSU being punished and raked over the coals for something Southern University - New Orleans did. Or the football team being punished for the chess team fricking someone up.
The weirdos and outcasts of Phi Delt do not accurately represent Greek life. There are frickers who couldn't get a bid anywhere else except for maybe Pike and Delta Chi and the three or four unhoused chapters.

That's odd that the statute falls under the Education laws (Title 17) rather than the Criminal Code (Title 14).
