That's probably around the age where I started feeling it the next day, but it was still tolerable and I went for it.

I'm 27. Get too drunk, I throw up the next morning and feel fine. I have never gotten a headache from drinking.

Shortly after turning 30. But at the same time I started focusing on maintaining a healthy hydration level at all times, which really helps when you decide to go out and tie one on.

About the time that cornbread and iced tea take the place of pills and 90 proof.

I'm 47. The older I get, the more I struggle in the morning, but ok after lunch. And that's after a serious throwdown. If I have just a few, no problems.

When I think about how I hydrate now, and how I never even thought about it in college, I'm even more in awe that I'm not dead

Never had one, so I can't tell you..

The older I get, the less the hangovers bother me.

About 40. I ignored and pushed through dealing with it for a couple more years, but screw that now.
I've pretty much just quit drinking. The 2 day hangovers, feeling like crap and getting sick after 2 or 3 drinks, is not worth it.

Late 20s got bad, but early 30s is where my body said "hangovers hurt more than they use to".
Posted on 8/11/17 at 12:54 pm to Eli Goldfinger
30 = 1 to 2 days
40 = 3 to 4 days
50 = 2 to 3 weeks

I don't know about anxiety but I've been getting depressed after a long night or weekend of drinking for the past two years or so. Really is starting to curb my drinking.
