Looking for podcasts on nutrition, bodybuilding, powerlifting, and general fitness.
Also, maybe some Ted talks style YouTube videos on these things but in a technical, scientific format. I like hearing the actual science behind biomechanics and nutrition.

The Joe Rogan podcasts with Dr Rhonda Patrick are really good but all nutrition related. Don't know any on weightlifting.

advices radio is really good but it has a ton of steroid talk too depending on which host are on. bodybuilding nerds radio is also pretty good imo.

Live Lean TV and Muscle for Life are good fitness podcasts. Both are available on iTunes.

I listen to Mark Bells Powercast a lot. There's often a bunch of goofiness and whatnot but there's also good info in most of the podcasts.

Barbell Shrugged is top notch, they get very medical into some of the stuff which makes it interesting.
Unbeatable mind is another good one but it has lot more to do with mental fortitude.
