Wasn't even close to either Texas games, the Stanford. Game, the Miami game, the Bama game....

Come on man

Or the 2008 Rice game, the first 1998 USC game, the LBSU game in 1993, etc. honestly last nights game isn't a top 10 CWS win for us

You must be under 20.

LSU-Miami is probably the GOAT LSU Cws games.Last night was a pretty good game, but doesn't hold a candle to that one.

1993 comeback vs Long Beach in semi finals
1996 championship game obviously but also the the 2-1 win over Florida to go to Championship game
1997: all 4 games especially the Peterson Game and then beating the breaks off Bama
2000: smashing bombs off Mark Pryor and then the championship game comeback
2008: Blake Dean walk off hit against Rice
2009: championship game vs Texas

The comeback against A&M, punctuated by Walker's grand slam has to be in the top 5.

Easily the best game, winning helps, since 2009.

UCLA, TCU, even CSF were boring and sloppy

He was screened by the pitcher. Moving to second base on the steal, heard the bat, stopped, never tracked the ball.

I'd score that a hit.

I'm sorry but we were lucky to win that game.

False. Baserunning and playing defense are part of baseball

He didn't look awful. He just labored.

It was scored a hit, but in all honesty, he should have made that play easily. I think what happened was the runner on first was already on the move and KRob was heading toward 2nd and took his eye off of the hitter and lost track of the ball. It resulted in a run scored by FSU. Kramer did not have a good night. He was not seeing the ball well at the plate either. Swung at bad pitches and froze on strikes.

I hope he gets it together Monday. We need our lead hitter on the bases.

Last night was a win. Game was exciting at the end but through the whole game it felt like LSU was leaking oil and not playing a great game. So it was not a well played game. Turned out well for the Tigers though

That being said you cannot complain about a win. But in this case the other guys did a lot to help us, but we still had to take advantage of their mistakes.

A little lucky to not be in the losers bracket today.

For me, this was a huge nail biter and one of the best LSU outings of the CWS I've ever watched. Both teams played hard, made silly errors, and clawed back to a 1-run game. It wasn't slow with no hitting (like recent years).

Obviously our best game there was the Morris home run, but for me this ranks top 5.

Geaux Tigers!

I'm sorry there's no way that you didn't just start watching LSU baseball if you think that was one of the most thrilling games. They were LUCKY to win. scored from first on a ridiculous error by FSU. 3 errors in what? The 7th or 8th inning by FSU? LSU hung in there and capitalized but that wasnt an impressive win.

Terrible baseball for the most part, but a lot of jumping and screaming.

Only real thing LSU did bad in the field on was KR missing the easy Double play when we was basically standing on 2nd and was just flat footed frozen and let the ball go by.

Absolutely not on Kramer. The runner had the base stolen easy. KRob shifted back towards Short last second rightfully to stay in the better fielding position. The runner got a 6 step head start before the ball was even released.

The guy absolutely smoked the ball up the middle and deserved the hit even if it came straight to KRob and he missed it.

That isn't luck. That's playing better baseball than your opponent.
