It seems like every kid's meal I've ordered from restaurants have come out piping hot and I always get the "careful plate/entrée is really hot" warning. They take the food right out of the fryer/oven/grill and toss it on the table. Why can't restaurants put the child's menu item in the fridge for a few minutes before serving?

I've never heard a small child complain that their French fries, chicken fingers or tacos weren't hot enough.

Not a big deal and my wife and I always laugh about this as we're cutting up and waiting on our child's food to cool.

Do you put your tampon in the fridge before shoving it in your sandy vagina?

We've noticed this but it's never bothered us. We'd rather choose the heat to serve our daughter than the restaurant choose to serve too cold.

God what a stupid thread. Try the OT, because I'm not sure what this has to do with food other than you being mad your special snowflake is given :gasp: hot food at a restaurant.

You must eat at the fancy restaurants with helicopter parent landing pads instead of parking lots

By the time they stop watching their iPad and realize their food has come it will be room temperature.

LOL
The kitchen help doesn't have time to worry with crap like that nor will they care.
Be thankful they warned you. The common sense of how to handle it is all on you and Kayla.

McDonalds paid a lot of money out for hot coffee.

Hire an attorney as I have a feeling you've done that before.

Your kid can't wait a few minutes for the food to cool, huh?

They put the plate under the heat lamp because it takes less time to prepare the kids food.

Just tell them not to hold the kids plate until the rest of your food is ready
