Most school teachers aren't actually good at their jobs and they hate their jobs. So they complain.

I give them a pass. Everyone complains about their job to some extent. I would think teachers have a pretty good reason to complain, with all the children they have to deal with - either in their classroom, or in the admin's office.
They have lots of time off, that's true - but that doesn't negate what they have to say.
