I don't have a problem with diets that cut out refined or processed crap, but if I grow it in my garden I should be able to eat it, that is where I disagree with paleo

I can't do it either. It cuts out nutrititional staples like pizza lean pockets.

That poster's meal plan was fricking horrible.

How do you deal without dairy? I fricking love cheese.

I hate milk, cheese I can live without it's not something that I crave. I'm not big on sweets either. The only food and drink I have to have is coffee, beer, water, gatoraid, meat, fish, bread in moderation, I don't go crazy with bread, a Po boy once a week and an egg and bacon sandwich once or twice a week, and same with pasta and rice, only in moderation.

I love me some vegetable soup with meat, I could eat that everyday

Eat a burger with iceberg lettuce as the bun.

I feel like guys can more easily do low carb or paleo. My husband did it with me and continued it after I stopped. Said he just preferred eating that way and didn't crave sweets and bread to begin with. Weirdos

You want to have a low carb diet? Great. No problem.

Just stop trying to wrap it up in some kind of bogus science about cavemen.

I'm not too crazy about it, I do high intensity workouts 5 days a week and I have pretty good genes and a good metabolism, so I can get away with a lot.

If you can grow and kill it and it doesn't need a box then eat it

In fact, I just put a blackberry cobbler in the oven.

I haven't had bread, rice, potatoes, corn or pasta for three weeks and really haven't missed most of it.

I made a low carb pizza last night and have found a recipe for a low carb pasta. I'm drinking Corona Light when I feel like having a couple. It's 5 carbs per beer. Carbs and processed foods are a big part of why our society is so fat and why so many people have diabetes.

I'm enjoying the way I'm eating now.

While it might seem dumb, the fact is, if your body breaks down and stores glucose from carbohydrates rather than burning it off, it is an alternative to still be able to enjoy that food, albeit a little differently, and not have an adverse effect on the body.

I don't think I could put together ~14 lunches and dinners each week without a lot of pasta, rice, bread, or tortillas. I really like carbs.

Yes you could. Look up some paleo recipes. The meals aren't much different and really easy to prepare. You can still season with all the salt and pepper or whatever you want.

my weakness is going without bread and pasta, all the other crap I can live without

imagine its when the antichrist takes power, and you're on your knees with guns to your loved ones heads, because theyre waiting on your answer on if you accept the mark or not.
