I have 2012 Silverado with 190K that has never been in shop except routine maintence. It is company truck. Personal truck is 2005 F150 with 130K. Had to replace a few parts on front end due to grease drying out from not driving regularly. With todays oils all motors should last 200K with regular maintenance.

I believe Subaru is making the best, most functional, car available so I don't doubt this. Subaru just doesn't make a car that meets our needs or else I'd buy one...

I had a 2005 Prius go 237k before being totaled. Current 07 Prius has 258k and is going strong. May have had some a/c work but this is Louisiana. Every car I have owned has had a/c work.

All put into service new...

'08 535i....165,000
'10 M5......110,000
'12 A7.......100,000
'13 S7........99,900
'14 RS7......65,000
'15 911S....35,000--current

I usually don't let them get past 30-36 months old as it affects trade a bit more.

If even the slightest thing is off, I take it in to be taken care of. Oil is changed every 10k. I usually flip them shortly after 100k now, as when the extended warranties expire, German autos can get very expensive to repair when a major part fails.

All were in excellent condition when I traded them back.

If you take care of them properly, they will last.

06 tundra, 170k

Will keep her until she dies, and when she does, I'll repurpose as much of her as I can

Got 169k on my 2007 Toyota FJ. No problems.

Put 213k on a 1993 Jeep Cherokee. Traded it in For the FJ. They gave me $750.

That's awesome and your full tank screams confidence. Good on you for using a car the way it should be used by anyone that doesn't have money to waste...

Have 2009 Prius with just over 150,000. Have replaced the 12-volt battery twice (about $200 ea) but no problems with main battery system. Had 2004 Prius with about 190,000 before battery system failed last year.

My 2011 F-250 had 30k when I bought it and it's just over 230k now. A couple of brake jobs, the wiper motor, and a rewire on the towing package are the only things I've had done other than routine maintenence.

I've also got a 1980 Dodge 3/4 ton Army ambulance with over 600k. I've had lots of work done on it but that's over the course of 25 years. Its ugly as shite but its one tough motherfricker. It lives at the camp, the wife doesn't love it like I do.

Same for my '06 Silverado. 120K and going strong, 3 sets of tires and front brakes is all I've done to it.

ETA: And a battery.

I have an '03 Tundra with about 160,000 miles and the wife has an '08 4Runner with 110. No major repairs on either one, just maintenance.

To paraphrase Gus McCrae - we don't give up on a vehicle just because it's got a little age on it.

2013 F 150 V8 crew cab single can 340,000 miles. Changed the breaks in the front twice and rear once.

2015 F 150 3.5 v6 presently 106,000 miles still have the original Michelin tires and still have some a lot of tread left. I will change them out the next oil change even though I still got tread on the tread gauge.
Balance and rotate every 5000 miles oil change. Still got a lot of break pad in the front which usually goes down first.

I had a 1997 Ford Ranger x cab 4 banger with 525,000 miles. Changed the timing belt myself every 100,000 miles. That was not a fun job.

Worst truck
1995 GMC Sierra x cab w/ 350 V8 4x4 bought brand new. The motor blew a rod at 150 miles and the third day owning the truck GM bought it back over replacing the motor. Left a sour taste in my mouth about GM products and bought Fords since then.
