Good luck. I have looked around Lafayette and haven't found one yet. I have not gone to a restaurant supply shop yet.

I ended up getting a container very similar to that cambro from sams. I used my dremmel tool to etch out a spot from the lid for longer cooks when i want to put a cover on it. Im going to try it all out for the first time tonight on some ribeyes. My expectations are high after everyone over here has talked about this sous vide stuff for the last couple of years.

FIL sent us a Nuwave infrared cooking system as seen on TV.

I have never seen this advertised and told my wife this should be regifted to someone who can use its miraculous cooking ability.

A thermopen and a meat temp guide/magnet that sticks to the smoker. Really cool. Also a gift card to the local meat market

I am most excited about my crepe cooker, I love crepes but now I don't have to use the stove. I also got an induction burner and a Sous vide machine, but it isn't the immersion circulator that I wanted, it looks like a large crock pot.

Still going to give it a whirl soon. Also some smaller stuff like salt and pepper motorized shakers, a package with nine types of rock salt and a new colander.
A James Beard cookbook, a brush and cover for the BGE and a new wok.

The crepe maker has already been used twice.

I got a Chefs Choice Electric Sharpener. Are these things any good? I have a Victorinox and Global chefs knife but i read its only for Western knives? Any good for pairing and utility knives?

Got a WMF stainless deep oval roasting pan.

Not sure if it's good and what exactly I want to cook with it, but it sure looks nice.

I received a wonderful food and cooking related treasure chest from my son and his girlfriend. She did all of the gathering and arranging, I'm sure.

In addition to the food items, there were two scarves inside because I'm sort of a scarfaholic. In the center are four very pretty coasters, too.
