Ash basket for BGE. After two cooks it seems to help fire stay even and hot with better air flow. Will be curious about how it does with low and slow when I cook brisket later this week.

Some long handle wooden spoons.

Cast iron griddle for stovetop.

Double jet burner propane stove for camping or tailgating.

Sphere ice molds. Because, why not?

I had gotten a smaller ceramic grate for the bottom but it was still a pain to clean out. Saw the basket and thought it was a good idea for my BIL - and then my wife got me one. So far so good - went to clean it tonight and I didn't have to do Anything at all.

Kick Ash Basket https://www.kickashbasket.com/ is a fantastic accessory for a lump charcoal cooker! I've got one for about 2.5 years as well as a backup if I want to lower the temp quickly and use fresh lump.

It allows for great air flow and cleaner burning lump.
The owner Chad is a super nice guy too!

The wife got a pair of Copper Chef pans, one with a fry basket. She used it last night to fry some delicious eggplant and zucchini.

I got the book Drinking with the Saints and a bottle cap collector.

Those are Western knives. Japanese knives are considered non-Western. Your sharpener is perfect for what you have.

Thanks, Gris. It was just a really thoughtful gift. I wish I'd taken better pictures. She got the chest itself from Hobby Lobby and then everything else seems to be from World Market. Olive oil from Italy, Spain, Portugal, Greece. An interesting sounding pomegranate balsamic. Sriracha jam sounds good! I think the first thing I'll try will be the artichoke lemon pesto over zoodles.
