If germans, deal with it but Coach Ensminger has already said he does not want the OC job. He said he spent too many hours away from his family, sleeping in the office at times, and at this point in his career, he is more than content to just be a position coach.

With all of the money saved by all of the cheap fall back hires, it will be the highest paid equipment manager in the country. We might not win shite, but our equipment will be second to none.
