I keep looking but I don't see A&M or Georgia ranked ahead of them.

Hate it, but the truth. 1 second, 1 yard, if, if, if. It is what it is.

I don't understand how the hell when we lose to Alabama we drop out of the top 25 but auburn only moves down a couple spots?!?! There is something seriously wrong with this committee!! They need to evaluate the members and put people on there that know football. Not like Condoleezza Rice that knows absolutely nothing about football!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! GEAUX TIGERS!!

I think LSU getting shut out might have had something to do with it, not that I agree with that.

I do think the polls partially made up for their mistake after we beat Arkansas.

Don't worry about it. LSU shouldn't be in the Sugar Bowl this year.

So does Penn State deserve to be ranked higher than Ohio State? Iowa over Michigan? Tennessee over Florida? Houston over Oklahoma? Your logic is flawed or at the very least not so cut and dry.

What does it matter? We lost head to head to the two SEC teams ahead of us.

So why is Ohio State ranked 5 spots higher than Penn State? Ohio State lost the head to head.

While I disagree with the placement of LSU vs. Auburn and others.... I don't agree that Condy Rice isn't a football expert. You do not need to have worn pads to have intelligence about the game. You smart of Misogyny..

Before LSU's loss to Florida, we were one spot behind Auburn in playoff poll. we were hammered for that Florida loss.

They deserve to go? Of when we lost to the same team they lost to, and we drop a different amount of spots for losing in the same manner, no they fricking don't. We played and beat better teams since that point than they have, that's why we should go. Not to mention we lost last second, not like they were head and shoulders better, they got lucky. Do you people watch the fricking games or just check the scores?

Auburn's loss gave them 4. and most of the teams between them and us also lost. leaving all of them with 4 losses as well.

so there was actually very little movement in the pile of teams. the bottom few dropped out which opened a spot for us.

Didn't we win?

Really is profound when you hear the 'best team' and 'eye test' qualifiers... You can't sell me there are 20 teams better than LSU right now this season. We would be favored to win vs half of the teams ahead of us IMO. Heck, our four losses were all 1 possession games (except Bama, but we gave them their best game this season), and all of those teams are ranked in the top 15!

WHAT I do take comforting from the scenario unfolding is multiple teams from 1 conf getting into the PO. Remember when pundits said it would NEVER happen, and of course a non-conf champ would NEVER get in over a conf champ....well look at the Big 10 this year. To me it provides REF A for the SEC which we ALL know will bounce back and in future years you could very easily have a 1 loss SEC West team or SEC Conf Champ game loser, who might have been undefeated, get into the PO.

I want all these pundits to remember this year, because payback is a medevac and the SEC will bounce back. GT!

As we should've been. Everything that led up to that game, and we totally shite the bed.
