I don't understand how the hell when we lose to Alabama we drop out of the top 25 but auburn only moves down a couple spots?!?! There is something seriously wrong with this committee!! They need to evaluate the members and put people on there that know football. Not like Condoleezza Rice that knows absolutely nothing about football!! ABSOLUTELY NOTHING!!!! GEAUX TIGERS!!

They beat us by 1 second on poor clock management by Les, who no longer coaches the team. Explain how Louisville (who beat Florida State by 40) is ranked behind them with the same record then? The thinking on this one doesn't make sense.
I'd venture to say most experts would think that LSU would most likely beat Auburn if the two played right now.

When all of this bullshite started years ago I tried tell you people that original BCS formula was the best. It eliminated the vote and outside influence. You all begged for this now you have a system that is worst that the old bowl system.

it's really simple.
when we lost to Bama, it was our 3rd loss and everyone behind us won leaving them all with only 2 losses.
so we plummeted.
Auburn's loss gave them 4. and most of the teams between them and us also lost. leaving all of them with 4 losses as well.
so there was actually very little movement in the pile of teams. the bottom few dropped out which opened a spot for us.
when we lost to Bama, it was our 3rd loss and everyone behind us won leaving them all with only 2 losses.
so we plummeted.

Agree with both of you.
One bothersome note. I watched the interview with the chairman of the committee on ESPN. He may have misspoken, but stated that the sole purpose of the committee is to determine the best four teams to reach the playoffs. This statement begs the question of why the other bowl games are beholden to the rankings below number four.
Perhaps they should put as much focus on 5-25 as they do 1-4.

Get used to it this is just a glimpse of what the future looks like with "o" at the head of the table. We will be ranked 15-20 his whole time as head coach
