Yikes. Only time I've seen a convoy of cop cars that large heading the same way at the same it I found out later a police officer was shot and killed

I happened to be heading south on 310 the morning those two officers were ambushed in Laplace in 2012.
It must have just happened because there seemed to be a solid mile of blue lights headed that way. I actually thought terrorist attack or something at the nuke plant upriver.
